The chance of rain showers returns after 2 p.m. Another round of rain is possible after 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Temperatures will warm up significantly Wednesday with highs in the low 70s. It will be dry and breezy to start the day. Wind gusts of up to 30 to 40 mph are possible, according to NWS.
Wednesday evening the chance for rain will increase ahead of a cold front moving through the region overnight. Some thunder also is possible.
Showers will taper off heading into Thursday and temperatures will drop down into the low 50s.
