Cloudy with a Chance of Podcast is back and Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini and Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs are talking about a snowstorm ... but not in Ohio. A few weeks ago, a snowstorm affected the southeastern United States from the Carolinas up through Virginia.
They sat down with morning meteorologist Keith Monday from WSOC-TV in Charlotte, N.C., to talk about how challenging it was to forecast snow in a state that doesn’t deal with it this early. Monday said North Carolina has interesting terrain that made this system difficult to forecast and track.
