Cloudy with warmer than normal temperatures today

Dry conditions return to the region and should last through the end of the week, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Temperatures will be warmer than usual for the next for days, with highs in the mid- to upper 60s today.

Skies will gradually today clear as the day goes on.

It will be mostly clear overnight, with patchy fog developing in the early-morning hours. Clouds will also build up before dawn for mostly cloudy skies to start the day on Wednesday.

Overnight lows will be around 47 degrees.

The overnight patchy fog will clear by around 9 a.m. on Wednesday, but it will still be mostly cloudy for the rest of the day. Highs will be at around 68 degrees.

Wednesday night will be partly cloudy, with a low around 45 degrees.

Thursday will be mostly sunny and a little warmer, with highs around 72 degrees, followed by a partly cloudy night with a low around 50 degrees.

Warm temperatures continue Friday with highs in the low 70s.
