Background/Overview: The same structure has been the address for various businesses for decades. Most recently, “Robert’s on Miami” was a fine dining restaurant there for nine years until it closed in 2013. Patrick Field became the new owner and had the building totally renovated. He also set welcoming earth tone paint colors and rich hardwood and metallic fixtures to update the rooms. Coppertop opened as a full service restaurant in April 2014. Executive Chef Mark is constantly adding to his creation of a menu with quality American cuisine. “We have an excellent front - of - house staff and a stellar kitchen staff and menu to back it up,” said Eileen, the restaurant’s general manager.
