Police were called to the gas station at 1:05 a.m. and found one victim was shot in the arm, and the other was shot in the back.
Both were taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center, and one was flown via CareFlight from there to another hospital.
Detectives are currently investigating at the scene, dispatchers said.
