UPDATE @ 5:25 p.m.: No one was in the house Enon police and Clark County Sheriff's deputies had surrounded on a report of a man inside with several rifles who was threatening himself.

The house authorities were focused on is on Winding Drive, not Countryside Drive as previously reported.

INITIAL REPORT

Enon police and Clark County Sheriff's deputies have surrounded a house on Countryside Drive as a possible standoff is developing.

They are investigating a report of a man who is believed to be inside and in possession of several rifles. Authorities tell us the man has threatened himself and neighbor in the past.

Police and deputies are not sure the man is in the house, but they are taking all necessary precaution.

Authorities have been at the house at least an hour.
