A state trooper was driving on U.S. 68 north of state Route 72 when he found the fire in the Sunset Terrace mobile home park around 10:40 a.m.

The homeowner was not home at the time of the fire, but will be displaced due to the significant damages, Ortlieb said.

The Urbana Fire Department, Moorefield Township Fire Department and Mechanicsburg Fire Department all responded to the fire that had heavy smoke and flames when crews arrived.

The cause of the fire does not look suspicious, Ortlieb said, but it remains under investigation until an exact cause is determined.
