Dalton Konat appeared in Clark County Municipal Court on Monday morning. He pleaded not guilty to the charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance.
Konat is accused of setting up a camera inside a private bathroom where a juvenile female was showering.
Konat was being held in the Clark County Jail Monday on $30,000 bond.
