As of 7:45 a.m., there were only 12 outages reported in the county, with less than five in Bethel Twp. and 11 in Springfield Twp., according to the Ohio Edison outage map.
Around 3 a.m., the company was reporting 1,346 outages.
The maps said that the large outage reported in southern Springfield was caused by tree damage.
