Dixon resigned from her position as an attendance secretary in Xenia schools on Sept. 25, 2018. Eleven days prior, she was put on indefinite paid administrative leave, the same day police launched an investigation into a sexual assault complaint involving a 17-year-old student.

The alleged incident occurred the morning of Aug. 20, 2018, in a parking lot in the 500 block of Newport Road, according to the Xenia police report.

The incident was reported by a school nurse, according to the police report.

Dixon has been released on her own recognizance pending a final pre-trial hearing set in June.
