- Another hot, stormy week ahead
Tonight: Rain showers will quickly dissipate for the overnight hours. It will be partly cloudy, warm and humid with temperatures dropping to 70 degrees.
Monday: Conditions will be hot and humid once again as high temperatures top off in the upper 80s, but heat indices will reach the lower 90s. Again, there will be a chance for isolated, pop-up storms to develop in the afternoon.
Tuesday: Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected, again with hot and humid conditions. Highs will be back into the upper 80s and feeling like the lower 90s. A few afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms will develop.
Wednesday: It will be mostly cloudy, warm and muggy with highs in the middle 80s. Rain is likely with a few storms as the remnants of Tropical Storm Barry passes through the region. The placement and timing of this precipitation may change in the coming days.
Thursday: It’ll be partly sunny and warm as temperatures climb into the upper 80s. Rain is likely with a few storms.
