Clark County’s Clerk of Courts defeated her Republican primary challenger in Tuesday’s primary election, according to unofficial results from the Clark County Board of Elections.
Incumbent Melissa Tuttle received 55.6% of the vote, beating out Tina Bleything’s 44.3%, to secure her spot on November’s general election ballot, according to unofficial results. Tuttle will now face Democrat Sheila Rice.

“It feels great to win with dignity after having run a clean campaign,” Tuttle said. “I have worked hard in the office in order to better serve the community and the title office.”
