Teleperformance is hiring 100 people for positions at its Fairborn call center, company officials announced Wednesday.
The jobs are for retention agents for the inbound call center and Teleperformance expects to fill the positions by the end of March, Michele McKinniss, a recruiter for the company, said.
Teleperformance is located in 55,000 square feet in the 100,000-square-foot strip mall at 57 E. Dayton Yellow Springs Road, and employs around 600 people.
The company added more than 100 new jobs plus up to $3 million in payroll when it expanded by 10,000 square feet in late 2014.
Base pay for the jobs are $10 an hour, with a 50 cent pay increase every year after. Employees could earn $15 to $20 and hour with bonuses, company officials said.
Teleperformance — an International company based in France — provides inbound customer service for an undisclosed major wireless provide.
