• Jesse W. Stillgess, 23, of 514 W. Southern Ave., on a charge of failure to appear.

• Samuel E. Bush, 34, of 1116 Innisfallen Ave., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Raymond P. Casey III, 39, of 231 W. Southern Ave., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Danny L. Coleman Jr., 36, of 221 W. Court St., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Damon W. Cooper, 32, of 1078 Montego Dr., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Michael W. Cornell, 40, of 405 N. Jefferson St., on a charge of possession of drugs.

• Derrick J. Kelley, 29, of 27 W. Southern Ave., on a charge of disorderly conduct.
