Someone shot him with a BB gun, but the man told police he was not sure where the shot came from. According to the report, the victim had a small hole on his right temple, and there was swelling near the injury. Medics could not determine whether the BB was still lodged in the victim’s head.
The victim was taken to the Springfield Regional Medical Center where he was treated.
