Burchett was placed in the Clark County Jail.

Jonathan Burchett, 20, of 373 Hensel Ave., was arrested Friday, April 16, on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor after police were alerted to the alleged incident by the girl’s mother.
According to Springfield Police Division reports, Burchett allegedly had sexual intercourse with the then 13-year-old girl between August and October 2009. During his interview with police, Burchett initially denied the charges then admitted to having sexual intercourse with the girl once, the report stated.
