Littleton, accused of killing a 26-year-old Bellefontaine woman, Tiffany Brown, on Feb. 11. Her body was discovered Feb. 16 in the home Littleton shared with Brown’s mother.
Littleton was captured in West Virginia on Feb. 23 and charged in connection with her death. Police said Littleton has made statements implicating him in the deaths of the Russells, the Logan County couple who went missing days after Brown vanished Feb. 11. He has not been charged in connection with their deaths.
Littleton was captured behind a Walmart in Princeton, W.Va. The Russells’ car was found in the store parking lot.
Hamilton County, Tenn., Medical Examiner Dr. James K. Metcalfe, in an autopsy report dated Thursday, found Richard Russell had been beaten and stabbed once in the chest. Richard Russell had several skull fractures and extensive bruising of the face.
Tennessee authorities called off its search Wednesday night for Gladis Russell after several days, waiting for more information to locate the body.
Littleton remains in a West Virginia jail where he is fighting extradition to Ohio.
