JCPenney’s salon service will also hold a hiring event Oct. 21 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. in hopes of adding 2,000 stylists to keep up with ongoing demand growth. JCPenney stylists are eligible for paid professional training worth up to $2,000, health benefits for full-time stylists, paid time off and a 401k.

The attract and retain employees, JCPenney said it will offer prize packages to both seasonal and current employees in in supply chain, customer care and store locations that remain employed and in good standing through December. the sixteen packages include gift bundles and travel opportunities, each worth at least $2,500.
Some prizes include an Apple Laptop, domestic trips, home appliance makeovers and a home entertainment bundle.
The jobs also include an associate discount and growth potential.
