Frontier Airlines has added its 21st nonstop flight from Cincinnati, this time to New Orleans.

The ultra low-cost carrier launched service at the Cincinnati Airport in 2013, jump-starting growth of other lower-cost airlines.

“Frontier’s new service from Cincinnati to New Orleans is an exciting addition to our robust service at CVG,” said Jonathon Nield Sr., manager of network planning for Frontier Airlines. “Frontier will now offer 21 nonstop options for CVG travelers, the most of any ultra low-cost carrier at the airport.”

The service is seasonal. Travelers can visit FlyFrontier.com for updated schedules.

“We’re grateful Frontier is adding more low-cost options for local travelers to fly nonstop to Bourbon Street and for visitors to fly to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region to see what Bourbon Country has to offer,” said Candace McGraw, CEO of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport.
