Stella Bleu has announced it will hold its grand opening on Tuesday, June 4.

The grand opening will take place from 11 a.m. until 9:30 p.m, a post on their Facebook page announced.

“We know everyone has been awaiting this news,” the post says. “Stella Bleu grand opening is tomorrow Tuesday June 4!”

Diners can contact the restaurant at 937-717-0478 to make reservations, or use the app Reso.

Stella Bleu Bistro is located on 20 N. Fountain Ave. in Springfield.

Co-owner Shawn Osterholt is a local physician and investor and the other owner, Darin Mitchell, has served as executive chef at both the Urbana Country Club and Coco’s Bistro in Dayton in recent years.

Mitchell will be in charge of the restaurant’s daily operations and said previously the menu will include a variety of dishes including steak, seafood, pasta and vegetarian options.

An official menu for the restaurant has not been released.
