Beavecreek city officials have already approved plans for the building and are close to approving a plan to redraw a property boundary to complete the approval process.

According to the plans presented at the Feb. 10 Beavercreek city council meeting, the credit union is requesting to demolish several buildings now on the property and build a 6,000-square-foot building that will house the credit union and another commercial retail tenant.

IH Credit union currently has branches in Urbana and Springfield.

Tiffany Looney, IH Credit Union marketing director, said they are waiting for the final approval from the city before they can make more plans on the project timeline.
