DETAILED FORECAST

Tonight: Variable clouds, with a slight chance for a shower overnight, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said. Temperatures will drop back into the upper 60s by morning.

Friday: Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, with a slight chance for a shower, mainly south. Temperatures will top out in the mid-80s.

Saturday: Expect a mix of sun and clouds along with slightly cooler and less humid conditions. Highs will reach into the lower 80s.

Sunday: The heat begins to return, with lots of sunshine. Highs will climb back into the upper 80s.

Monday: Skies will be partly sunny with a chance for afternoon or evening thunderstorms. It will be hot and muggy, with high temperatures near 90 degrees.

Tuesday: A few showers or storms will remain possible, mainly early. It will be slightly cooler, with highs in the mid-80s.
