Coach’s comment: “The boys team is very widespread as far as talent and experience. We have a lot of new swimmers who are still learning the sport but will add a positive vigor to the team. I am very anxious to watch Rape, Snyder and Littell this season. They have been improving immensely due to their summer and fall training and will do a lot for the team.”
NORTHWESTERN

That’s really hurting to some degree, but after the graduation losses, I’m still optimistic we will have a successful season with our freshman class coupled with our state qualifiers and district qualifiers. We feel we should qualify a few relays to district and at least one to state. We should also have a few individuals shine at the district and state level.”

With the return of Kacie Miller and Molly Mullen, along with the emergence of some amazing young talents, this should be a fun year with lots of potential at the district and state levels. The girls are working extremely hard and showing remarkable improvement every day. Everyone is on the same page and committed towards a common team goal. As a coach, you can’t ask for much more than that.”

Coach’s comment: “We’ve more than doubled the number of swimmers on our (boys and girls) team. Most of them are brand new to competitive swimming but are varsity athletes from other sports so they have improved very quickly and are very coachable. So I expect that a few of them will really emerge as very solid competitors. Danielle Wildman and Rachel Routzong are strong swimmers that will join returning lettermen Victoria Burcham and Lillia Steffenson to make some tough relays.”
