Clark State men lose in OCAC road game

CIRCLEVILLE — The Ohio Christian University men’s basketball used a hot shooting night to defeat Clark State Community College 88-38 in a Ohio Collegiate Athletic Conference contest on Friday.

The host Trailblazers were 10-of-25 in 3-point shooting and shot 56 percent from the field overall. The Eagles went 4-of-17 from 3-point land and shot 28 percent from the field in the game.

Emmanuel Christian graduate A.J. Tolliver scored 12 points, Mikel Marshall added 10 points and Clifton Dale pulled down seven rebounds for Clark State.

Ohio Christian swept the season series for the Eagles as they also defeated Clark State 88-53 on Nov. 20 in Springfield.

The Trailblazers improved to 10-5 and 4-0 OCAC. The Eagles are now 3-13 (2-5 OCAC).
