KFC is taking the concept of “sweet and savory” to the next level — and we’re not talking chicken and waffles here.
The chicken restaurant is testing a new sandwich that features an Extra Crispy chicken filet sandwiched between two hot glazed donuts for $5.99, Business Insider reports.
Right now, you’ll have to wait to try it in Ohio. It’s being tested at more than 40 locations in Pennsylvania and Virginia for a limited time, according to national news reports.

If you’d rather have your dinner and dessert separately, a Chicken and Donut basket meal includes the option of chicken on the bone or tenders paired with one donut for $5.49 or two for $7.49.
You can add a single doughnut to a meal for $1.
