The poll was conducted by the University of Akron.
Political analyst Dr. Mark Caleb Smith of Cedarville University said Ohio is certainly in play.
“We saw a few weeks ago Trump is ahead. Mrs. Clinton seemed to be pulling out. Now it’s effectively tied within the margin of error so Ohio is once again a battleground state,” Smith said.
