Officers found a man with two gunshot wounds to his abdomen and one to his left thigh, the police report stated.
The man was transported to Springfield Regional Medical Center, and later was flown by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
Police said that there are currently no suspects in the shooting.
