Woman accused of ramming truck into vehicle with children

A woman was arrested on four counts of felonious assault with a weapon after she rammed her truck into another person's car that had three children inside, according to police.

Amanda Kendall appeared in court this morning where she pleaded not guilty. Her bond was set at $50,000 and she asked for a public defender.

According to a report, the victim stated he was directly behind Kendall's vehicle on Wrenwood Avenue when Kendall slammed on her brakes, put the vehicle in reverse and smashed into the front of his vehicle. The victim had three small children inside.

Kendall told police that she did not hit anyone and said her ex-boyfriend was following her.

No one was injured.
