DETAILED FORECAST

There’ll be seasonal cool temperatures as some high clouds move through this evening, according to Eric Elwell, StormCenter 7 chief meteorologist.

“Skies will become partly cloudy tonight and it will be seasonably chilly with overnight lows in the middle 20s,” Elwell said.

Saturday: A mix of sun and clouds is expected with milder temperatures arriving. Highs will be in the lower 40s

Sunday: Mostly sunny skies will start the day with gradually increasing clouds through the evening. A chance for rain or snow showers will arrive Sunday night as a cold front approaches. Highs will reach into the middle 40s.

Monday: The day may begin with rain or snow showers changing to all snow showers by late morning into the afternoon. Some light snow accumulation will be possible Monday evening into Monday night. It will be windy with falling temperatures through the day. Highs will reach into the upper 30s in the morning then fall through the afternoon.

Tuesday: A chilly, blustery day is expected with on and off snow showers. Light snow accumulations will be possible. Highs will be in the lower 30s.

Wednesday: Even colder air arrives with occasional snow showers. Additional light snow accumulation will be possible. Highs will only reach into the lower to middle 20s with wind chill readings likely to be in the single digits or teens.
