This Clark County road will be closed for weeks

A road in Clark County will be closed for three weeks.

Titus Road, between U.S. 40 and Kerns Road, will be closed for the rest of the month as the Ohio Department of Transportation work, according to the Clark County Engineer’s office.

The work is described in a press release as a “bridge deck repair.” The road was closed on Monday and won’t reopen until June 9, according to the press release.

“Please note: construction by nature is subject to constant change, inclement weather and unexpected findings,” the release says.

The road will be closed to all through traffic, the release says.

Titus road is the second bridge to be closed for an extended length of time in Clark County. The bridge on Plattsburg Road, which is an I-70 overpass, was shut down last week and won’t reopen until June 26.
