Springfield residents buy lottery tickets with hopes of winning $650M jackpot

The Plum Foot Mart in Springfield lottery machine has rolled out ticket after ticket today to customers hoping to win the $650 million jackpot.

The MegaMillons total has reached a record high. The drawing will take place at 11 tonight.

Adding to the lottery commotion is the Power Ball jackpot which has reached almost $350 million. That drawing will take place at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday.
