The health center will provide all the services offered at Community Health & Wellness Partners’ West Liberty and Indian Lake locations, including primary care, integrated behavioral health services, clinical primary care pharmacy services, nutrition services and more.

The new Bellefontaine office has already hired 13 employees, in addition to the 25 employees who rotate between locations.
Community Health & Wellness Partners opened its first location in March of 2014. Now in its fifth year, Community Health & Wellness Partners employs more than 65 employees between its three locations.
