A grand jury indicted Jackson July 5 on 19 felony counts; Jackson was arrested June 27 at Lexington Park, where the defendant thought he was meeting someone to buy a half-pound of methamphetamine, or 226 grams, from him for $3,000, according to the statement of facts on file with Xenia Municipal Court.

ACE Task Force officers had set up six previous meth purchases with the defendant prior to the Lexington Park deal, with the amounts increasing each time from less than a gram to nearly 30 grams, according to the statement of facts.
