Richard K. Vedder, a 2012 scholar in residence, will present a program at 7 p.m. Tuesday, called “American Exceptionalism” at Urbana University. The event will be hosted by Urbana University and the BrownRidge Foundation. Vedder will also speak during a brown bag lunch from noon to 12:50 p.m. Wednesday. Both programs are free and will be in the Sara Landess Room at Urbana University.
