Springfield native John Legend served as the guest host for the Valentine’s Day edition of ‘Ellen.’
It’s the second time Legend has filled in for Ellen DeGeneres.
The episode featured guest Gwyneth Paltrow.
Legend shared a loving tribute to his wife Chrissy Teigen’s biggest insecurity, her feet, the show announced.
Paltrow opened up about being married to writer, director, and producer of “The Politician,” Brad Falchuk, and how he convinced her to be part of the series, which will be returning for a second season.
Legend also serenaded unsuspecting Starbucks customers and later got the audience in the Valentine’s Day mood with a performance of his hit “Conversations in the Dark” accompanied by violinist Lindsey Stirling.
