No injuries after pickup goes airborne, traps driver in Bethel Twp.

A pickup truck went airborne during a Thursday afternoon crash and rolled several times, trapping the driver who had to be cut out of his truck.

Bethel Twp. rescue crews and Clark County Sheriff’s deputies said the man was lucky he was not injured in the wreck reported around 3:45 p.m. on Dayton Lakeview Road.

The driver was headed north when he went off the side of the roadway.

Crews had to cut off the pickup’s top to get the man out.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
