The Q is being transformed for the Republicans' biggest show. David O'Neil, deputy press secretary for the Republican National Convention Committee, shows the work that is being done to transform Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena from a basketball arena to the staging area for the Republican National Convention, which will be held July 18 to 21.
