Clouds break for sunny Wednesday; Rain to return Thursday night

Today will be a clear day, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 62 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington. Tonight we will stay clear, with lows dropping to around 44 degrees.

Tomorrow during the day will also be nice, with partly sunny skies and a high near 66 degrees. Thursday night, however, we will see a change of showers, with thunderstorms possible later. Lows will be around 52 degrees.

Thursday night’s rains will continue into Friday, with showers likely and thunderstorms possible during the day and into the night. Highs will be near 65 degrees, and lows will be around 59 degrees.
