His wife, Vinnie Weber, said Neal Weber was loved by many.
“I knew when I shook his hand that he was a kind, gentle soul,” Vinnie Weber said of the first time they met. “He was very respectful and considerate. I was married to him 23 years and they were the best 23 years of my life.”
Neal Weber believed education was a priority, his wife said. He joined the school board to make an impact on the community, Vinnie Weber said.
