The victim told police he was on the sidewalk in front of the residence, when a vehicle stopped quickly in the street and a suspect came up to him between houses and fired an unknown amount of shots, according to the report.
Officers spoke to witnesses, but have not been able to come up with any descriptions of the suspect or the suspect vehicle, the report said.
The victim was transported to Miami Valley Hospital aboard a medical helicopter for treatment.
