UPDATE: Burlington Stores has plans for new area location

Burlington Stores has plans for a new location in Huber Heights.

The discount retailer’s plans show it is renovating the former H.H. Gregg location at 5545 Executive Blvd. in the North Heights Plaza owned by PMAT. The store plans a $1.8 million renovation to the 32,784 square-foot building, according to city records.

Zito Russell Architects and Engelke Construction Solutions are working on the renovation.

Huber Heights assistant city manager Scott Falkowski said the building’s owners have also applied for signage, which will be evaluated in two weeks.

Burlington Stores, formerly called Burlington Coat Factory, is an off-price apparel and home retailer with 567 stores in 45 states and Puerto Rico. There are three stores currently in the Dayton area, five in the Cincinnati area and two stores in the Columbus region.
