To everyone commenting in an uppity, snobbish way about tattoos: Tattoos are no different than coloring your hair, piercings and wearing makeup. Wearing makeup is just as bad. You're covering up your natural look. And you may be surprised how many people around you may have a discreet tattoo. Tattoos equal prison and sleaze ... I think not!

My wife has tattoos and she is a very beautiful woman. I am a truck driver and have tattoos. I have never been in prison and I am not a sleaze.

Re tattoos: About 90 percent of Marines have them. They are not sleazy or disfiguring. They are patriotic and most are gorgeous.
