Alice Cooper to bring new ‘paranormal’ show to town — and here’s how to get your tickets

Rock icon Alice Cooper, who released his 27th album Paranormal last July, is getting ready for a new tour starting this summer that includes stops here.

"A Paranormal Evening With Alice Cooper" includes a stop at Rose Music Center in Huber Heights on Sunday, Sept. 2 and at Taft Theatre in Cincinnati on Sept. 4.

Tickets for the Huber Heights show went on sale to the public beginning at 11 a.m. Friday, March 16 at www.Ticketmaster.com and www.Rosemusiccenter.com. Charge by phone at 1.800.745.3000.

Tickets for the Taft show are $69.50, $58.50 and $48.50 (plus applicable fees) and went on sale Friday, March 16 at 11 a.m. at www.tafttheatre.org, the Taft Theatre Box Office, and www.ticketmaster.com. Charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

The new “Paranormal” album features special guests, such as U2's Larry Mullen, Jr., who plays on 9 of the 12 new songs; Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top; and Deep Purple's Roger Glover, as well as a highly anticipated mini-reunion of the original Alice Cooper band members.

Cooper will portray King Herod in the upcoming live television production of Jesus Christ Superstar! The show is set to air on Easter Sunday (April 1) on NBC.
