Rascal Flatts "Live & Loud" tour will make a stop at the Nutter Center on Oct. 19 with special guests the Band Perry and 2012's The Voice winner Cassadee Pope. The band, one of the top acts on the country music circuit, has sold over seven million concert tickets in the last 10 years. Tickets for the best-selling group go on sale today (July 26) at 10 a.m. with tickets priced at $59.75, $49.75 and $29.75.
