A Miguel’s representative said though the original taco truck will remain in operation, the business will be focusing mainly on the new kitchen. The taco truck will now be used for private events.

The new location has brought back time-tested favorites, according to the chamber, as well as new dishes that will “amaze your taste buds.”

On Nov. 1, Miguel’s announced the new kitchen, saying “We are so excited for this chance to expand our menu and show off what we can do! Tacos are just the tip of the iceberg.”

We will update this story as soon as more details are available.
