Miguel’s Tacos, a Yellow Springs foodie staple, opened its first brick-and-mortar taco shop today, Friday Nov. 27.
The Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce announced the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of the Miguel’s Tacos at 101 Corry St.
“Congrats to the team at Miguel’s Tacos at Trail Town Brewing on their grand opening today!” chamber officials posted on the organization’s Facebook page. “They’ll be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily serving up tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos, and so many more amazing dishes! If you didn’t have lunch plans yet, now you do.”
A Miguel’s representative said though the original taco truck will remain in operation, the business will be focusing mainly on the new kitchen. The taco truck will now be used for private events.
The new location has brought back time-tested favorites, according to the chamber, as well as new dishes that will “amaze your taste buds.”
On Nov. 1, Miguel’s announced the new kitchen, saying “We are so excited for this chance to expand our menu and show off what we can do! Tacos are just the tip of the iceberg.”
We will update this story as soon as more details are available.
