Skies will remain mostly cloudy with occasional breaks. Temperatures will drop into the lower 30s by morning with wind chills in the 20s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

Friday: Clouds will linger with a chance for a couple of sprinkles or flurries. Highs will climb to near 40 degrees.

Saturday: A bit more sunshine is expected to start the weekend but it will remain chilly with highs near 40 degrees.

Sunday: Clouds will increase with a chance for some light rain by midday. Some light snow or sleet could mix in at times, mainly north of Interstate 70. Temperatures will top out near 40 degrees.

Monday: Clouds will break for some sunshine. Temperatures will be moderate back into the middle 40s by afternoon.

Tuesday: Clouds will return with rain likely. Temperatures will be milder than average, topping out near 50 degrees.
