Partly sunny, warm, dry through middle of week

Today will be partly sunny and warm as high pressure brings mainly dry conditions through the middle of the week, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Highs will be around 86 degrees.

Overnight it will be clearer and cool, with lows around 66 degrees.

On Wednesday, there will be a few clouds, but it will stay mostly sunny, with highs reaching up around 83 degrees.

Wednesday night, clouds will decrease again as temperatures fall to around 62 degrees.

Thursday, there will be more clouds, though skies will again be mostly sunny as temperatures climb to around 86 degrees.

Clouds are expected to increase more Thursday night, with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before dawn on Friday.

Lows will be around 68 degrees.
