William Jackson III emerging as Bengals’ top CB

The Bengals had to wait an extra year to see him in action, but William Jackson III is proving worth the patience.

Jackson is arguably the team’s best cornerback - and perhaps among the league’s top pass defenders.

Jackson, a first-rounder two drafts ago, possesses a unique combination of size and speed that had many believing he was a future No. 1 corner. He missed last season with a torn pectoral muscle.

He’s on his way to becoming just that. With Adam Jones getting older, it’s not a moment too soon either.
