Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert provided an update on his rehabilitation from back surgery today via his Instagram page.
Eifert had season-ending back surgery in October after re-injuring his back in a Week 2 loss to Houston. He finished the season with four receptions for 46 yards.
Eifert said he “can’t wait to be playing again a Pro Bowl level next year!”
Eifert also had back surgery in December, 2016, heading into the final year of his contract with the Bengals. Eifert was the team’s first-round pick in 2013. He was limited to just 39 of a possible 80 games because of injuries.
