HS Roundup 12/20: Murray, Sizer set school records for Waynesville

Waynesville’s Marcella Sizer posted a triple-double and two school records were set in Thursday’s 71-17 win against Dixie.

Sizer had a triple-double with 18 points, 10 rebounds and a school record 10 steals. Teammate Rachel Murray sank eight 3-pointers, a school record, on the way to 32 points.

McKinlee Ruppert scored 11 points for Dixie.

Catholic Central 72, Madison Plains 27: Abbigail Peterson scores 19 with 6 assists and 6 steals for Catholic Central, Ayanna Doolittle added 18, Serenity Castle added 13, Mallory Mullen added 11.

Covington 59, Franklin 47: Morris for Franklin tallied 19 points.

Miami East 42, Bradford 27: Morgan Haney tallied 19 points and 11 rebounds for Miami East, Rori Hunley added 10.
